Texas, now known as NBC Bank, Kerrville, requestj.ng that payment be made on Irrevocable Letter
of Credit No. 8030, in the amount of $26,658.93, for construction site improvements in FALL
BRANCH ESTATES.

by a majority vote, approving a proposed contract with Dr. B. L. Carlile, P. E., CPSS,
to develop a soil supplement report to be in conjunction with the published Kerr County Soil
_ Survey Report, at a cost of $7,500.00, plus expenses, to be paid out of the projected surplus
