official acting under the County Judge's direction, are hereby authorized to execute such
documents as the County Judge shall deem necessary or appropriate.

KERRVILLE, NOW KNOWN AS NBC BANK, REQUESTING PAYMENT ON IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF
CREDIT NO. 8030 IN THE AMOUNT OF $26,658.93
On this the 7th day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that County Judge Danny
R. Edwards be authorized to draft a letter to the National Bank of Commerce of Kerrville,
Texas, now known as NBC Bank, Kerrville, requestj.ng that payment be made on Irrevocable Letter
of Credit No. 8030, in the amount of $26,658.93, for construction site improvements in FALL
BRANCH ESTATES.
