Specifications are on file in the office of the Kerr County Road Engineer, Kerr County
Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas.
Any specifications that do not meet the required specifications will be considered.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 5:00 o'clock P. M., April 5th, 1988.
Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 o'clock A. M., April 11th, 1988, in
Regular Session of the Commissioners' Court.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT TWO
On this the lst day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and
County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority votc,
approving acceptance of roads that are presently under maintenance by Kerr County in
Commissioner's Precinct No. Two.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON MARCH 7th, 1988 at 1:30 O'CLOCK
' P. M., with all members present, and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings
were had:
NO. 17773 AUTHORIZATION FOR PAINTING OF FLAGPOLE AND APPROVAL OF PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$65.00 TO STEVE GOODING
On this the 7th day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that Steve Gooding be authorized to paint
the flagpole at the Kerr County Courthouse and approved payment in the amount of $65.00 for
his services.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
' to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to Steve Gooding.

Opening of proposals for Computer Hardware and Software to Automate Courthouse
and Auxiliary Offices, pursuant to Sec. 262.030 (c), Local Government Code.
8 (Eight) Proposals that had been filed with the County Clerk until 5:00 P. M., February
26th, 1988 were opened by the County Judge, Presiding Officer of the Commissioners' Court,
at this time, and the following order was passed:
