writer for the 216th Judicial District Court, to be used by the official reporter of the ~
Court, quoted price $868.60, Kerr County's portion being 47.94 - $416.42, to be purchased
through the Kerr County Auditor's Office and that each County in the 216th Judicial District
contribute its proportionate part of the cost to Kerr County.

A. M., with all members of the Court present, and the Court having duly opened, the following
proceedings were had:
NO. 17765 APPROVAL OF A REPEAT FOR FALL BRANCH ESTATES
On this the 1st day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved A REPEAT FOR FALL BRANCH ESTATES,
with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioners' Precinct No. Four, subject to
approval of the Architectural Committee and all necessary signatures. The roads have been
inspected by the Kerr County Road Engineer and are found to be in compliance with the Kerr
County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations".

NO. 17766 ORDER APPROVING CHANGE OF NAME OF CORBUTT COURT, A STREET IN BURNEY OAK ESTATES,
TO BE KNOWN AS BURNEY LANE, LOCATED IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT TWO
"' On this the 1st day of March 1988, came on to be heard and considered by the Court a
request of residents of Burney Oak Estates for a change of name of CORBUTT COURT, a street
in Burney Oak Estates, to be known as BURNEY LANE, recorded in Volume 4, Pages 149 and 150,
Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Two.

Said request for a change of name from CORBUTT COURT to BURNEY LANE has been approved by a
petition signed by all landowners having land abutting the street in Burney Oak Estates and
also has the approval by the Kerrville Post Office for postal purposes, signed by Robert G.
Hanson, Postmaster.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously
approved by the Court that the request be granted, changing the name of CORBUTT COURT, a
street in Burney Oak Estates to BURNEY LANE and that said street be redesignated and renamed
BURNEY LANE. It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Commissioners' Court be
be authorized to file a certified copy of this order for record in the Real Property Records of Kerr County, Texas.

ESTATES
On this the lst day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment of two invoices incurred concerning
the Replat of Fall Branch Estates, payable out of the Road and Bridge Fund, listed as follows:
VOELKEL ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING for surveying services in the amount of $1,375.73
and
PATRICIA DYE, County Clerk, recording fee for filing Replat of Fall Branch
Estates, in the amount of 7a.aa
and that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw vouchers on the Road
and Bridge Fund, payable to the above mentioned.

COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT ONE
On this the 1st day of March 1988, came on to be considered by the Court, the written
request of Richard Holcomb, regarding a sale of 50.886 acres out of Survey 1359, located in
Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, as to whether or not this tract would be consider-
' ed a Subdivision, under the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations".
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners
Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting
"NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that said transaction mentioned
above does not need to meet the requirements of the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and
Regulations", as to platting.
