On this the 22nd day of February 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded~l
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved a Letter of Commitment for Ranchero Road
Matching Funds for use in conjunction with Kerr County's Application for Community Development'.
Project Funds.
The $45,500.00 is an estimate of monies to be expended by Kerr County to offset
engineering/surveying and general administration services which will be provided by Kerr
County.

COUNTY OF KERR M GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION
WHEREAS: The Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, pursuant to the authority
granted by Article 664-7, V.T.C.S., as amended, desires to participate in described purchasing
programs of the State Purchasing and General Services Commission, and

I WHEREAS: The Commissioners' Court is of the opinion that participation in these programs
will be highly beneficial to the taxpayers of this County, through the anticipated savings to
Abe realized; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County does request that the State
;Purchasing and General Services Commission to include its stated need for Copy Machines -
Contract 608 on the commission's contracts for those items, whereby the Commissioners' Court
Imay be allowed to purchase those items from the annual contract; and that Fred Holland, County
Commissioner, Precinct 1, is authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary request
