'Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a STANDARD CJD THIRD PARTY CONTRACT -
'No. JA-87-C03-1459, titled "Purchase of Youth Services, Balance of Region", GRAtdTEE AGENCY
(AACOG) and SERVICE PROVIDER (COUNTY OF KERR).
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Danny R. Edwards be authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of Kerr County, subject to approval by the Juvenile Probation Officer
and the County Auditor.

On this the 22nd day of February, 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved CERTIFICATION OF THE JUVENILE DETENTION
CENTER BY THE KERR COUNTY JUVENILE BOARD, pursuant to Article 51.12(c). Detention facilities
were inspected at Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas on the 18th day of February, 1988 and found
to be suitable for the detention of children, as per the Juvenile Board.
