On this the 22nd day of February 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of four 1988
Chevrolet Caprice four door sedans from HILL COUNTRY MOTORS, INC., for use by the Kerr County
Sheriff's Department.
It is ordered by the Court that payment in the amount of $40,000.00 be made by the
County Treasurer and County Auditor out of General Fund, and the balance to be determined
after receiving recommendation of the County Attorney.

granted by Article 664-7, V.T.C.S., as amended, desires to participate in described purchasing~~
programs of the State Purchasing and General Services Commission, and
WHEREAS: The Commissioners' Court is of the opinion that participation in these
programs will be highly beneficial to the taxpayers of this County, through the anticipated
savings to be realized; now, therefore, be it

It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Danny R. Edwards be authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of Kerr County, subject to approval by the Juvenile Probation Officer
and the County Auditor.

CENTER BY THE KERR COUNTY JUVENILE BOARD, pursuant to Article 51.12(c). Detention facilities
were inspected at Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas on the 18th day of February, 1988 and found
to be suitable for the detention of children, as per the Juvenile Board.
