N0. 17746 REQUEST OF TEXAS PARKS & WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT FOR DECISION BY THE KERR COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONCERNING SEPTIC SYSTEM FEE EXEMPTION
On this the 18th day of February 1988, came on to be considered the request of the
Texas Parks & Wildlife Department for a policy decision by the Kerr County Commissioners'
Court, as to whether or not their agency would be exempt from the permit fee requirements
concerning Septic System Regulatory Program in Kerr County.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioner
Holland and Ray and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said
motion carrying by a majority vote, approving exemption of fees only for septic systems
installed on government property by or for a governmental agency. For purposes hereof a
"Governmental Agency" means an agency of the Federal or State governments and Counties and
Municipalities.

NO. 17747 ORDER SETTING DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMITS IN GREENWOOD
FOREST, GOAT CREEK ROAD AND CAVE SPRINGS ROAD
On this the 18th day of February 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of setting a date for a public hearing concerning speed limits in Greenwood Forest, Goat
Creek Road and Cave Springs Road.
It is ordered by the Court that the Kerr County Road Engineer be authorized to issue a

notice that a public hearing concerning speed limits in Greenwood Forest, Goat Creek Road and
Cave Springs Road, as provided by Article 6701g, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, will be held
on March 14th, 1988 at 1:30 o'clock P. M., in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Court-
house in Kerrville, Texas.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 17748 MOTION FOR SALARY INCREASE FOR KATHY HORGAN, INDIGENT HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATIVE
CLERK
On this the 18th day of February 1988, a motion was made by Commissioner Holland, to
increase the salary of Kathy Horgan, Indigent Health Care Administrative Clerk at the Sid
Peterson Memorial Hospital, by an amount of $361.92 per annum (Kerr County's portion).
Motion failed for lack of a second.
