ON this the 18th day of February 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland and Lich and County Judge Edwards voting
"AYE" and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving

District Judge of the 198th Judicial District, in the amount of $722.00, for the year
February 1988 to February 1989, and that reimbursement be made to V. Murray Jordan.

NO. 17746 REQUEST OF TEXAS PARKS & WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT FOR DECISION BY THE KERR COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONCERNING SEPTIC SYSTEM FEE EXEMPTION
On this the 18th day of February 1988, came on to be considered the request of the
' Texas Parks & Wildlife Department for a policy decision by the Kerr County Commissioners'
~4 Court, as to whether or not their agency would be exempt front the permit fee require*nents
concerning Septic System Requiatory Program in Kerr County.
~~ Upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners
I Holland and Ray and County Judge Edwards voting "AXE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said
~' motion carrying by a majority vote, approving exemption of fees only for septic systems

installed on government property by or for a governmental agency. For purposes hereof a
"Governmental Agency" means an agency of the Federal or State governments and Counties and
Municipalities.
