and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 17739 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 18th day of February 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the various'
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County
Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, Revenue Sharing Trust, Indigent Health Care and
216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved that said bills be paid.

NO. 17740 APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF ONE RADAR UNIT FROM DECATUR RADAR - HENRY DeVILLIERS IN
THE AMOUNT OF $1995.00
On this the 18th day of February 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
~ by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the purchase of one radar unit from
DECATUR RADAR - HENRY DeVILLIERS in the amount of $1995.00, for use by the Texas Department
of Public Safety.

N0. 17741 COUNTY AULt7TOR AUTHORIZED TO REVIEW AVAILABLE USED SAVIN COPIER, AND IF ACCEPTABLE,'
PURCHASE SAID COPIER IN THE AMOUNT OF $1500.00
On this the 18th day of February 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, it was unanimously approved by the Court that County Auditor Don
Williamson be authorized to review available used Savin 7025 Copier, and if acceptable,
purchase said copier in the amount of $1500.00, to be used by the Justice of the Peace of
Precinct No. One and the Juvenile Probation Officer.
