M., with all members present, and the following proceedings were had: NO. 17733 KERR COUNTY TO DISCONTINUE PAYING ANY LEGAL FEES FOR THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT 4, AS RELATE TO CAUSE NO. SASSCA2027, PENDING IN THE U. S. DISTRICT COURT On this the 9th day of February 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that, effective this date, Kerr County will discontinue paying any legal fees for the Justice of the Peace John P. Hill, as relate to Cause No. SA85CA2027, pending in the U. S.
