SA85CA2027, PENDING IN THE U. S. DISTRICT COURT I On this the 9th day of February 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that, effective this date, Kerr County will discontinue paying any legal fees for the Justice of the Peace John P. Hill, as relate to Cause No. SA85CA2027, pending in the U. S. Edwards be authorized to advertise for proposals, to be addressed to the KERB COUNTY COMAlIS- SIGNERS' COURT, for computer hardware and software, to automate the Kerr County Courthouse and Auxiliary Offices. Proposals to be submitted to the County Clerk's Office in the Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas, no later than 5:00 o'clock P. M., Friday, February 26th, 1988.
