On this the 8th day of February 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved confirmation of approval of a Ground
Lease Agreement, by and between HARRY F. SCHWETHELM, SR., and wife, ALICE B. SCHWETHELM,
LESSOR and KERR COUNTY, LESSEE, on 0.17 acre of land for Kerrville South Volunteer Fire
Department (Substation - the Wilderness), for a term of ninety-nine years, commencing on
July 1, 1987, and ending July 1, 2086.
Lessee to pay as rental for the use and occupancy of the leased premises the following
sums, subject to adjustment: $99.00 payable in equal annual installments of $1.00 each, in
advance, on the first business day of August of each year during the term of this lease
(Lease Agreement on file, but not recorded.)

by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a Contract for Detention of Juvenile
Offenders, between the COUNTY OF BANDERA and KERR COUNTY JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER,

with Contractor agreeing to pay $50.00 per day per child.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Judge, Danny R. Edwards, be authorized to
