The taking and receiving of bids for radar units for use by the Texas Department of
Public Safety was declared closed at 3:00 o'clock P. M., Friday, February 5th, 1988.
Opening of bids at 10:00 A. M., Monday, February 8th, 1988.

On this the 8th day of February 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying
by a majority vote, approving that the bid from DECATUR RADAR - HENRY DeVILLIERS, for three
Decatur Rangemaster Radars in the amount of $1995.00, be referred to the Department of Public',

Safety and County Auditor for study and recommendation.

N0. 17719 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 8th day of February 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which ~
claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County
Law Library, Revenue Sharing Trust, Juvenile State Aid and 216th District Probation Funds.
~- ' Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin and unanimously
', approved that said bills be paid.
