Motion was made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin and unanimous-
ly approved and determined by the Court that said division of property is not subject to the
requirements of the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS'", as concerns platting,
and that said request be granted, with the stipulation that the County be given a 60' right of!
way on Elm Pass Road and no variance to be granted on Septic Tank Regulations, or compliance
in the future with all subdivision regulations.

NO. 17711 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF HIGH POINTS
On this the 2nd day of February 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF HIGH POINTS,
allowing for a green belt area of five feet in width, a 45 foot road easement to the entrance,,
and that a rock wall on the west side be constructed on private property.
Said subdivision is situated in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUt~-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the
regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners" Court on April 9th, 1984.

out of Road and Bridge Fund, and as recommended by Gerald W. Menefee, Kerr County Road Engineer.
