DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK in the County Court at Law Department, effective as of February 1st,
1988, at a salary of $13,502.00 per annum, $1125.16 per month, $562.58 semi-monthl
Group 11 Step 5, payable out of the General Fund.

be referred to the Kerr County Road Engineer and County Auditor for study and recommendation.

NO. 17710 REQUEST OF JOAN DELL WEAVER DOLCE, REGARDING DIVISION OF PROPER'PY LOCATED IN KERR
COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT TWO
On this the 2nd day of February 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the request
of Joan Dell Weaver Dolce, as to whether or not the division of a tract of land to be gift
deeded in five tracts to the five daughters of I~Ir. and Dors. Raymond Diosty (said property
located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct Two) would be considered a subdivision, under
the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS".
Said tracts range in size from 26.73 acres to 43.78 acres and there is no development
