On this the 11th day of January 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment of $25.00 for Commissioner
H. A. (Buster) Baldwin to attend the 27th Annual State Emergency Management Conference to be
held February 16th - 18th, 1988, at the Austin La Mansion Hotel.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of $25.00, payable to EMERGENCY MANAGEMENx'
CONFERENCE.

On this the 21st day of January 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority
vote, approving the purchase of a computer table for Commissioners' Court in the amount of
$298.00.

On this the 21st day of January 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin and Judge Edwards
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving payment to BERNARD A. REGE`i5, Computer Consultant, fvr professional services for
2.5 days, at $300.00 per day, total amount being $750.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
