unanimously approved by the Court that the resignation of FLORENCE WHEELER, DEPUTY COUNTY
CLERK, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of January 15th, 1988, and that she be paid
for 40 hours of vacation due her, to be included on the payroll ending January 15th, 1988.
