BALDWIN Commissioner Precinct 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: 2 bids were received for one Planetary Dual Fixed Head Camera - Desk Top, for use by the County Clerk's Office. 2 bids were received for one reader printer for use by the County Clerk`s Office. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17650 BIDS FOR ONE PLANETARY DUAL FIXED HEAD CAMERA AND ONE READER PRINTER FOR USE BY THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE REFERRED TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR AND COUNTY CLERK FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 11th day of January 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that bids for one planetary dual fixed head camera and one reader printer for use by the County Clerk's Office, be referred to the County Auditor and County Clerk for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17651 APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF LINE ITEM 10-450-310 OFFICE SUPPLIES TO LINE ITEM 10-450•-576 CAPITAL OUTLAY IN DISTRICT CLERK'S BUDGET On this the 11th day of January 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by ~' Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards ~' voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving of a transfer of line item 10-450-310 Office Supplies, to line item 10-450-570 Capital Outlay, in the District Clerk's Budget in the amount of $185.00. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17652 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT FOR REPAIR OF STREET LIGHTS IN CENTER POINT IN THE AMOUNT OF $585.48 WHICH WAS DELETED IN THE DECEMBER BILLS On this the 11th day of January 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin voting "AYE", Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving payment to LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY for repair of Street Lights in Center Point in the total amount of $585.48, which had been deleted in the December bills o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17653 APPROVAL OF REDUCTION OF OFFICE RENTAL ALLOWANCE AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL ALLOWANCE FOR THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE 216TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT On this the 11th day of January 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved effective February 1st, 1988, that office rental allowance for E. Bruce Curry, District Attorney of the 216th Judicial District, be reduced from $850.00 per month to $550.00 per month and equipment rental be reduced to $47.50 per month, to be prorated as budgeted for the 216th District Attorney and the 198th District Attorney. r+ , ..
