On this the 6th day of January 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Bid of White's Mines
Division - Vulcan Materials Company, for cold mix asphalt for the Road and Bridge Department,
as recommended by Gerald W. Menefee, Kerr County Road Engineer.

DEPARTMENT
