MOTION TO HAVE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ON ALL INDIGENT
HEALTH CARE APPLICATIONS
On this the 14th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with
Commissioner's Ray, Lich and Baldwin, and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Holland "ABSTAINING",
the Court by a majority vote approved that all Indigent
Health Care applications for a claim will have the Social
Security Number of the applicant or the claim shall not be
approved.
