PHARMACY NO. 089 AND KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, BEGINNING OCTOBER
1st, 1988 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1989
On this the 12th day of September 1988, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner Baldwin
the Court unanimously approved the renewal of a Mandated
Provider Agreement between H. E. B. PHARMACY NO. 089 and
KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, beginning October 1st, 1988 through
September 30th, 1989.
