RENEWAL OF MANDATED PROVIDER CONTRACT BETWEEN SID PETERSON
MEMORIAL HOSPITAL AND KERR COUNTY, FOR PERIOD BEGINNING ON
OCTOBER 1st, 1988 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30th, 1989
On this the 25th day of August 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray ,
the Court unanimously approved renewal of a Mandated
Provider Contract between SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
and KERB COUNTY, TEXAS, for the period beginning October
Ist, 1988 through September 30th, 1989.
