Commissioner Ray and seconded by Commissioner Baldwin,
the Court unanimously approved the publishing of Public
Notice For Indigent Health Care by Cathy Horgan, CIHC
Coordinator, as per the Indigent Health Care and Treat-
ment act.

Kerr County will-use the following rules~and proce-
dures to comply with its responsibility under the Indi-
gent Health Care and Treatment Act.
Application can be requested from Kerr County Indi-
gent Health Care Program Office, 710 Water St.,3iwt.
39?, Kerrville, Texas 78028. Assistance in completing
the application will be provided if needed. Contact
Program Coordinator for assistance. ~ •~; ~--=- ~-
Kerr County will use rules and procedures found in
the County Indigent Health Care Program Handbook
published by the Texas Department of Human Ser-
vices. In summary, these are the rules: . - '

2. Net income cannot exceed County Indigent Health
Care Program Maximum Countable Income Standards.
