MOTION TO HIRE ASSISTANT FOR KERR COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH

On this the 12th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to authorize Mr. Whitehead to hire an
assistant for the Kerr County Environmental Health Department
at a salary between $16,000.00 and $17,000.00 per annum.

MOTION TO AMEND ORDER N0. 13190
On this the 12th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with
Commissioner's Ray, Holland and Lich, and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin voting "NAY",
the Court, by a majority vote, agreed to amend Order No.
13190 to designate the Road Engineer as the Flood Plan
Administrator for Kerr County in place of the General Manager
of Upper Guadalupe River Authority.
