MOTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN EXTENSION SERVICE DEPARTMENT
On this the 27th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with
Commissioner's Holland and Lich, and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING", said motion
to transfer $626.00 from Line Item No. 10-665-570, Capital
Outlay, to Line Item No. 10-655-485, Conferences, was
approved by a majority vote.

MOTION TO APPROVE THE RETIREMENT OF DORIS J. HENDERSON
On this the 27th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved, with regret, the retirement of
Doris J. Henderson, employed in the County Clerk's Office,
effective December 31, 1988.
