FUND5 TO ELECTION EXPENSE
On this the 1st day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
Commissioner's Baldwin and
by Commissioner Lich, with
Lich voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said motion to declare an
emergency and amend the County budget to transfer from
General Fund $1660.00 to Line Item No. 10-402-108 and $550.00
to Line Item No. 10-402-330 passed by a majority vote.

MOTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 1st day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved to transfer $1,000.00 from Line
Item No. 10-403-570, Capital Outlay, to Line Item No.
10-403-108, Part-time Salary, to be used as part-time help to
catch up in the office and not the warehouse.
