EMERGENCY BUDGET AMENDMENT IN COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 1st day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE", and Commissioner
Ray and County Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to
declare an emergency and amend the County budget to transfer
$4,210.00 from General Fund to Election Expense, Line Item
10-402 where needed, failed two to two.
