KERRVILLE, TEXAS July 6th, 1988 PATRICIA DYE COUNTY CLERK, KERR COUNTY KERRVILLE, TEXAS 78028 Dear Pat: After completing over 25 years of service with Kerr County, I have decided to retire, effective as of September 30th, 1988. I have certainly enjoyed working for you and also for Miss Emmie, our former County Clerk, and with all Officials and Personnel in the Courthouse. Sometimes in our busy schedule, a person takes for granted or forgets to thank the people responsible for the benefits that Kerr County offers to the employees, such as the retire- ment program and insurance. I would like to thank the Kerr County Commissioners' Court and other Officials for these benefits. A. C. and I are both looking forward to my retirement.
