APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST
FUND AND FINES
On this the 21st day of April 1988, came on to be considered
by the Court, the Semi-Annual Report of all receipts and
disbursements, of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits
and disbursements by her in her hands for the period from
October 1st, 1987 thru March 31st, 1988, and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $58,515.90,
and it appearing to the Court that said report is in due form
and should be approved.
Motion by Commissioner Holland , seconded by Commissioner
Lich and unanimously approved by the Court.
