MOTION TO PURCHASE COMPUTER SOFTWARE, TWO TERMINALS AND
ONE PRINTER FOR THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 3rd day of May 1988, a motion was made by
Commissioner Ray, and seconded by County Judge Edwards,
to purchase Computer Software in the amount of $5500.00,
2 terminals in the amount of $800.00 and a printer in the
amount of $1,050.00 for the District Clerk's Office.
Commissioner Ray and County Judge Edwards voted "AYE"
and Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin voted "NAY",
said motion failed by a majority vote.
