APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF LINDA UECKER, DLSTRICT CLERK, FOR
EMPLOYMENT OF JACKIE DAVIS AS AN INTERMEDIATE CLERK
On this the 13th day of September 1988, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ba_ldwi.n,
the Court unanimously approved the request of Linda Uecker,
District Clerk, for employment of JACKIE DAVIS as an
Intermediate Clerk, at a salary of $12,853,00 per annum,
$1070.92 monthly, $535.46 semi-monthly, effective as of
September 12th, 1988, Pay Group 12 Step 1, plus a 4o salary
increase, effective October 1st, 1988, and a 1 step salary
increase, effective April 1st, 1989, from pay group 12 Step
1 to Pay group 12 Step 2.
