On this the 15th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with
Commissioner's Ray and Holland, and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioners Baldwin and Lich voting
"NAY", said motion to transfer $905.60 from Line Item No.
15-611-570 Capitol Outlay to Line Item No. 15-600-570 Capitol
Outlay, passed by a majority vote of three to two.

MOTION TO APPROVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
On this the 15th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with
Commissioner's Lich and Holland voting "AYE", and
Commissioner's Baldwin and Ray, and County Judge Edwards
voting "NAY", said motion to approve a maintenance contract
with Hill Country Business Machine on dictaphone equipment
for the County Attorney's office failed by a majority vote of
three to two.
