MOTION TO ESTABLISH NEW LINE ITEMS AND TRANSFER FUNDS
On this the 15th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved the establishment of two new Line Items,
No. 10-401-454 Repairs and Maintenance for County Van and No.
10-401-331 Gas and Oil for County Van, and the transfer of
$1100.00 from Line Item 10-401-570 Capital Outlay into Line
Item No. 10-401-454 Repairs and Mainteance for County Van at
$600.00 and into Line Item No. 10-401-331 Gas and Oil for
.... County Van at $500.00.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED at 12:08 o'clock P.M. on
November 15th, 1988 until 2:00 o'clock P.M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED on November 15th, 1988 at
2:00 o'clock P.m. with all members of the Court present with
the exception of Commissioner Baldwin, Precinct 4, and the
Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had:
