COUNTY AUDITOR AUTHORIZED TO SUBMIT CLAIM OF KERRVILLE
SOUTH WATER CO. TO INSURANCE COMPANY FOR SETTLEMENT IN
THE AMOUNT OF $769.50
On this the 2nd day of February 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin,
the Court unanimously approved that County Auditor Don
Williamson be authorized to submit a claim in the amount
of $769.50 involving Lone Star Gas and Kerrville South
Water Co., Inc. to Insurance Company for settlement.
(Reimbursement to be made to Kerr County, as the above
amount was paid to KERRVILLE SOUTH WATER CO. on 10/22/87,
