RENTAL ALLOL~ANCE FOR THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE 216TH
JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 11th day of January 1938, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved effective February 1st, 1988, that office
rental allowance for E. IIruce Curry, District Attorney of the
216th Judicial District, be reduced from $850.00 per month to
to $550.00 per month and equipment rental be reduced to $47.50
per month, to be prorated as budgeted for the 216th District
Attorney and the 198th District Attorney.
It is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized to
sign any amendments to contracts.
