ACCEPTANCE OF FOUR 1988 CHEVROLET FOUR-DOOR SEDANS FROM
HILL COUNTRY MOTORS, INC., FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 22nd day of February 1988, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of four 1988
Chevrolet Caprice four door sedans from HILL COUNTRY MOTORS,
INC., for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department.
It is ordered by the Court that payment in the amount of
$40,000.00 be made by the County Treasurer and County
Auditor out of General Fund, and the balance to be determined
after receiving recommendation of the County Attorney.
