BIDS RECEIVED FOR GAS AND DIESEL FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE
DEPARTMENT REJECTED AND KERR COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER
AUTHORIZED TO RE-ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
On this the 5th day of January 1988, upon motion made
by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
it was unanimously approved by the Court that the two bids
received for gas and diesel for the Road and Bridge Depart-
ment be rejected, and that Kerr County Road Engineer, Gerald
W. Menefee,be authorized to re-advertise for bids for gas
and diesel.
Bids to be received until 5:00 o'clock P. M., Monday, February
1st, 1988, in the office of the Kerr County Road Engineer.
Bids to be opened on Tuesday, February 2nd, 1988 at 10:00
o'clock A. M,, at a Special Session of Commissioners Court,
in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
