MOTION TO AWARD BID FOR PAVING WHITE WING AND SPRING MEADOW
ROADS TO MASTERS CONSTRUCTION
On this the 11th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Holland, Ray and Lich, and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin voting "NAY",
the Court by a majority vote approved acceptance of the bid
of Masters Construction in the amount of $15,505.00 for
paving White Wing and Spring Meadow Roads and $6,215.00 for
the alternate crossing, as per construction contract, subject
"' to either Masters Construction accepting the bid or
forfeiting their bid bond within ten (10) days, at which time
the bid will go to the second highest bidder, M. P. Butler
Construction in the amount of $21,596.00 for the paving and
$8,952.00 for the alternate crossing.
