ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN WESTWOOD OAKS SECTION THREE
On this the 31st day of May 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of roadways
in WESTWOOD OAKS SECTION THREE, located in Commissioner's
Precinct No. Four, as recommended by Kerr County Road
Engineer, Gerald W. Menefee, and that Irrevocable Letter
of Credit No. 165, dated August 21, 1986, of First National
Bank of Kerrville be released to Landon Jones, d/b/a
Westwood Oaks.

Gentlemen:
We hereby open our Irrevocable Letter of Credit in your favor available
bj% your drafts on First National Bank of Kerrville at sight for any sums
not exceeding in total Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) for account of
Landon Jones, d/b/a Westwood Oaks.
Drafts must be accompanied by your signed statement certifying that the
funds drawn hereunder are due you on account of Landon Jones, d/b/a
Westwood Oaks as a result of failure to pay, within terms quoted therein,
invoice(s) issued to them by your various factored clients and demand
for payment has been made and the funds have not been forthcoming from
Landon Jones, d/b/a Westwood Oaks or any other source.
Each draft must bear on its face the clause, "Drawn under Letter of
Credit No. 165, dated August 21, 1986 of First National Bank of
Kerrville."
Except so far as otherwise expressly stated herein, this Letter of Credit
is subject to the "Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits
(1983 Revision), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 400."
We hereby agree with you that drafts drawn under and in compliance with
the terms of the Letter of Credit will be duly honored if presented to
the above-mentioned drawee bank on or before August 21, 1987.
