APPROVAL OF ACCEPTANCE OF TREE LANE FOR MAINTENANCE BY
KERR COUNTY
On this the 6th day of September 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of maintenance
of TREE LANE, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. One,
effective as of this date, 9-6-1988, and as recommended by
Gerald W. Menefee, Kerr County Road Engineer.
