MOTION TO LEASE COPIER THRU STATE PURCHASING
On this the 15th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Holland, Baldwin and Ray, and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", the
Court by a majority vote approved to lease a RICOH, Model
FT70 60/F/S copier for $355.00 a month thru State Purchasing.
Said lease will run from December 1, 1988 thru August 31,
1988.

MOTION TO PUBLISH CHANGES IN SEPTIC TANK REGULATIONS
On this the 15th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court
unanimously approved that Mr. John Whitehead, Head of the
Kerr County Environmental Health Department be authorized to
publish in the local paper the changes proposed in the Septic
Tank Regulations,
