AMENDING ORDER NO. 17827--EXTENDING THE DATE FOR RECEIVING
OF BIDS FOR PAVING FOR INDIAN CREEK/BEAR CREEX CONNECTION
ROAD, ROUNDABOUT AND THAT PORTION OF SANDY LANE THAT LIES
WITHIN THE WEST CREEK HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AND LILLIAN AND
VINE STREETS, AND AUTHORIZING KERR COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER TO
NOTIFY BID PACKAGE HOLDER OF SUCH ACTION
On this the 25th day of April 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved amending ORDER NO. 17827 (dated April 5,
1988)--extending the date for receiving of bids for paving
for Indian Creek/Bear Creek Connection Road, Roundabout, and
that portion of Sandy Lane that lies within the West Creek
Heights Subdivision, and Lillian and Vine Streets, and authoriz-
ing the Kerr County Road Engineer to notify bid package holder
of such action.
Bids to be received until 9:00 o'clock A. M. May 9th 1988
(extended from "5:00 o'clock P.M., May 2nd, 1988" ) at the office of
the Road Engineer, Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas.
Specifications are on file in the office of the Road Engineer.
Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 10:00 o'clock
A. M., May 9th, 1988 (extended from "May 3rd, 1988") in Regular
Session (instead of "Special Session") of the Commissioners' Court.
Xerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
