APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO CAVERN D. HARRIS, TRUSTEE, THE
SUD1 OF $10,000.00, UPON DELIVERY OF RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED
FOR PURCHASE OF CONNECTION ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
On this the 3rd day of May 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin,
with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County
Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting
"NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving
payment to CAVERN D. HARRIS, TRUSTEE, the sum of $10,000.00,
upon delivery of right-of-way deed for purchase of
connection road right of way, to connect Bear Creek Road
to Indian Creek Road.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the
above amount, payable to CAVERN D. HARRIS, TRUSTEE, out of
the Loop 534 Right-of-Way Fund, upon delivery of Right-of-
Way Deed.
