CONTRACT LABOR, AND APPROVAL OF CONTRACT EXTENSION, AUTHORIZING
WALTER MASTERS CONSTRUCTION CO. TO RECONSTRUCT A PORTION OF
SANDY LANE, BETWEEN WEST CREEK HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION AND ROAD
RUNNER LANE
On this the 17th day of June 1988, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners
Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE"
and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by
a majority vote, approving the transfer of $10,000.00 from
15-611-555 Road Base to 15-611-410 Contract Labor, and authorizing
WALTER MASTERS CONSTRUCTION CO. to reconstruct a portion of
Sandy Lane, between West Creek Heights Subdivision and Road Runner
Lane, at a cost of $3700.00, as per existing contract.
$6,300.00 to be used for miscellaneous bulldozer work, (none
connected with the West Creek Heights Subdivision work.)
