KERR COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR AUTHORIZED TO COLLECT
TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1988 FROM RESIDENTS IN ROUNDABOUT LANE
AND THAT PORTION OF SANDY LANE, THAT LIES IN WEST CREEK
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
On this the 13th day of September 1988, upon motion made
by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
it was unanimously approved by the Court that the Kerr
County Tax Assessor-Collector be authorized to collect
a Special Road Tax of 15C per $100.00 evaluation, from
residents in Roundabout Lane and that portion of Sandy Lane,
that lies in West Creek Heights Subdivision, for the year
1988.
