~~~~~ ORDER NO. 17894 SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED & TABULATED On this the 9th day of May 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election, Divide Common School District No. 12, held on Saturday, May 7th, 1988. Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned District, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7, Page 93, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the Commissioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin seconded by Commissioner Rav the Court unanimously approved said returns. N0. 17894 The Kerr County Commissioners' Court met in Regular Session on Monday, May 9, 1988 and did canvass the election results of an election on the conversion of THE DIVIDE COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT into THE DIVIDE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT. The election carried with 52 votes for Conversion and i vote against. Commissioner saldwin made the motion that the ballots be certified and Commissioner Rav seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. The metes and bounds description of the Divide Independent Sch~l District shall be as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at the N.
