ORDER CALLING FOR A SPECIAL ROAD TAX ELECTION ON JANUARY
21st, 1988 FOR RESIDENTS OF SUMMERFIILL/BALL DRIVE ROAD
DISTRICT
On this the 11th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved that an election be called for residents
of Summerhill/Ball Drive Road District on January 21st, 19889
for a Special Road Tax Election, and that ballots shall be
printed to provide for voting "For" or "Against" the
proposition;
"Adopting a 15 cent per 5100.00 evaluation Special Road
Tax for residents of Summerhill/Ball Drive Road
District",
as recorded in Volume 5, Page 274, Plat Records of Kerr
County, Texas.
(Should this proposition be approved by a majority of the
voters, the construction will be contracted.)
