ORDER NO. 18242
GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 15th day of November 1988, came on to be
considered by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to
determine the results of the General Election held on
November 8th, 1988, and the Court having canvassed and
tabulated the returns of the Eighteen Election Precincts and
the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that
said returns, after having been opened and cavassed, are true
and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioner's Holland, Lich and
Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", the Court by a four to one
vote approved that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 7, Pages 94 thru 99, Record of Election Returns of
Kerr County, Texas, and as certified thereto by the four
members of the Court, are in all respects approved.
