the Court unanimously approved CERTIFICATION OF THE JUVENILE DETENTION
CENTER BY THE KERR COUNTY JUVENILE BOARD, pursuant to Article 51.12(c).
Detention facilities were inspected at Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas on the 18th
day of February, ],988 and found to be suitable for the detention of children, as
per the Juvenile Board.
